Students who keep thinking about marks, syllabus, failure, parents’ expectations, comparison, or future uncertainty.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe anxiety, panic attacks, self-harm thoughts, severe academic distress, trauma, bullying crisis, or inability to function.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
