Teens who overthink friendships, messages, social media, appearance, parents, school performance, or what others think.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe anxiety, self-harm thoughts, bullying crisis, abuse, severe body image distress, addiction, or trauma.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
