Who is this session for?
Study overload, too much social distraction, guilt while resting, poor routine, phone distraction, sleep imbalance, and difficulty managing priorities.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe burnout, depression, self-harm thoughts, substance abuse, extreme sleep disturbance, or complete inability to manage daily life.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
