How does LifeVed work?
LifeVed brings 1,182+ tools across 12 worlds — numerology, astrology, tarot, wellbeing, fitness, yoga, ayurveda, devotion, utility and games — plus courses and ebooks, into one place. Browse by world, search any tool, or use "Find my plan" to get a personalised set built around your goals.
Do I need an account to start?
No. Over 75 tools are completely free with no sign-up. To unlock premium tools and courses, you sign in with your email — we send a one-time code (OTP), so there is no password to remember.
What is the "Find my plan" feature?
Answer a few quick questions about your goals and time, and our engine builds you a personalised plan — as a day-by-day journey, a weekly rhythm, a month-long arc, or a free-flow kit — from the most relevant tools across every world.
💳 Membership & billing
What plans are available?
Three: a 7-day Trial, a Monthly plan, and a Yearly plan (best value). One membership unlocks everything — all 1,182+ tools, the plan builder, all live courses and the upcoming ebooks. Current pricing is shown at checkout and may change.
What does my membership include?
Absolutely everything that is premium: every tool in all 12 worlds, the personalised plan builder, all live courses (including the Numerology Master Package), and the ebooks library when it launches.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Course and membership payments are processed securely by Graphy (via Razorpay). Shop purchases use Shopify (via PayU). Both are PCI-DSS certified — we never store your full card details.
How do I cancel or stop auto-renewal?
You can manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime from your Graphy account settings before the next billing date. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
What is your refund policy?
Because access is instant and digital, all sales are final and non-refundable. That is exactly why we offer free tools and a low-cost trial so you can be sure first. See our Refund Policy.

How do I find a specific tool?
Use the Explore tools page — filter by world, life area or free/paid, or search by name (e.g. "life path", "anxiety", "EMI"). You can also open a world directly from the home page.
Why is a tool asking me to sign in?
That tool is part of the premium membership. Sign in with your membership email (you will get a one-time code) and it unlocks instantly. Free tools never ask you to sign in.
Are the tools accurate?
Tools are built on authentic, traditional systems (Vedic, Pythagorean, Chaldean, Ayurvedic, yogic) and standard formulas. They are for guidance, education and reflection — not professional advice. See Disclaimers.
Do the tools work on mobile?
Yes — every tool is mobile-first and works on any phone, tablet or computer with no app download.
🎓 Courses & learning
Where do I access courses?
Browse all courses on the Courses page. Live courses open on learn.lifeved.in, where you watch lessons and track progress in your dashboard.
Are courses included in membership?
Yes — all live courses are included with your LifeVed membership, including the flagship Numerology Master Package.
What does "Coming soon" mean on a course?
It is being prepared and will go live soon. School-education courses (KG–Class 12) and ebooks are currently in this stage.
Do I get a certificate?
Course completion does not grant a formal certification or licence unless explicitly stated on the course. Courses are for learning and skill-building.
🔑 Account & sign-in
I did not receive my login code (OTP).
Check your spam/promotions folder and wait a minute. Make sure you used the same email you purchased with. Still stuck? Request a new code, or email support@lifeved.in.
I paid but my tools are still locked.
Sign in with the exact email used at checkout. Access can take a minute to sync after payment. If it persists, email support@lifeved.in with your transaction ID and we will fix it fast.
Can I use my membership on multiple devices?
Yes, sign in on any device with your email. Membership is personal — please do not share your access, as that may lead to suspension.
How do I sign out?
Use the account menu (or the "Switch / Sign out" link) on any tool page.
🔒 Privacy & data
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your tool inputs are used only to generate your results and are not sold. Data is encrypted in transit. Read our full Privacy Policy.
How do I request my data or deletion?
Email support@lifeved.in with the subject "Data Rights Request". We respond within 30 days as per applicable law (DPDP Act 2023 / GDPR).
Is LifeVed suitable for children?
Some sections include children-friendly content, but use by minors must be under parental/guardian supervision and consent. See our Terms for details.
