• Persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop

🚫 Harmful & Illegal Content

• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or substance abuse
• Child exploitation or abuse (zero tolerance — reported to authorities)
• Promotion of illegal activities, violence, or terrorism
• Graphic violence or non-consensual intimate imagery

🚫 Misinformation & Deception

• Claiming readings/tools are professional advice
• Spreading health misinformation (e.g., telling someone to stop medication)
• Impersonating staff, experts, or other users
• Fake reviews or testimonials

🚫 Spam & Exploitation

• Repetitive promotional or irrelevant content
• MLM schemes, phishing, malware links
• Automated posting without authorization
• Soliciting users for external commercial services

🚫 IP Violations

• Posting copyrighted content you don’t own
• Redistributing premium LifeVed content in community

• Under-18s may use community features only with parental supervision.
• Adults must not solicit information from or direct inappropriate content toward minors.
• Children’s sections are moderated to a higher standard.

• Experts are independent. LifeVed doesn’t vouch for their advice.
• Interact respectfully. Advice received is informational, not treatment.
• Report inappropriate expert conduct to support@lifeved.in.

• You retain ownership. By posting, you grant LifeVed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the Platform.
• Request deletion anytime: support@lifeved.in (removed within 7–14 days).
• We may remove violating content without notice.

Email support@lifeved.in with subject “Conduct Report.” Include: description, username, screenshots, date/time. Reviewed within 48 hours. Reporter identity kept confidential.

Severe violations escalate directly. Decisions final. One appeal allowed within 14 days via support@lifeved.in.

• LifeVed reserves the right to monitor and remove content at any time.
• We are an “intermediary” under IT Act Section 2(w) and claim safe-harbour under Section 79.
