Transaction & Service Terms

These Transaction & Service Terms supplement the Terms and Conditions and govern purchases, payments, and service delivery on the LifeVed Platform.

1. Payment Processing

  • All transactions encrypted via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors.
  • LifeVed is the merchant of record.
  • Prices in INR (₹), inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, plans, and trials may change without notice. Changes don’t affect completed transactions.
  • International buyers responsible for FX fees, customs, or import taxes.

2. Access & Delivery

  • Digital/Memberships: Instant access upon payment confirmation + email receipt.
  • Courses/Ebooks: Via Graphy dashboard immediately.
  • Physical products: Confirmation email + tracking. Timelines per product page.
  • Consultations: Confirmation + scheduling via email. Medium/duration as described on booking page.

3. Membership Terms

  • One membership unlocks premium content across all Platform sections.
  • Personal, non-transferable.
  • Monthly = 31 days, Annual = 365 days, Trial = stated duration (e.g., 7 days).
  • Auto-renewal: If enabled (via Graphy), charged at current rate. Cancel before renewal date to avoid charge.
  • Benefits may be modified. Material reductions honoured for current billing period.
  • On expiry, premium access suspends. Data preserved — reactivate anytime with a new plan.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

  • Deemed consumed upon delivery to your account/email.
  • Licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Redistribution, resale, or public sharing prohibited.

5. Physical Products

  • Ships to India (international where stated).
  • Risk passes to you upon handoff to carrier.
  • Damaged items: report within 48 hours with photos. Replacement/credit at our discretion. No cash refunds.
  • No returns unless damaged/defective.

6. Consultations

  • Confirmed upon payment. Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

7. Service Availability

  • We aim for continuous availability but don’t guarantee it.
  • We may modify/discontinue features. If a paid service is permanently removed mid-term, we offer a comparable alternative or pro-rata credit.
  • Free tools may become premium (and vice versa) without notice.

8. Failed Transactions

  • Payment deducted but no access? Contact support@lifeved.in with transaction ID. Investigated within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate charges reversed upon verification.
  • Contact us before initiating bank disputes.

9. Consumer Protection Disclosure (India)

Per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020:

10. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts in Delhi, India.
