Shipping & Delivery Policy
Lifeved.in offers both digital and physical products. Shipping policies for physical products are as follows:
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and chosen courier
- Customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp (if opted in)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier agencies or events beyond our control
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence to lifeved456@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
- Digital products, readings, and course enrollments are non-cancellable once purchased
- For expert sessions: Cancellations may be requested directly with the practitioner, as each expert may have their own rescheduling rules
- Subscription users are responsible for canceling their membership or renewal before the billing date
Lifeved.in does not process cancellations or refunds on behalf of individual practitioners unless explicitly stated.
