Who is this session for?
Feeling emotionally unstable, reacting quickly, feeling overwhelmed, moving between emotions, or struggling to stay calm.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe mood swings, bipolar symptoms, trauma flashbacks, self-harm thoughts, dissociation, or intense emotional instability.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
