Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lifeved.in offers both digital and physical products. Shipping policies for physical products are as follows:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and chosen courier
  • Customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp (if opted in)
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier agencies or events beyond our control

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence to [email protected].


Cancellation Policy

  • Digital products, readings, and course enrollments are non-cancellable once purchased
  • For expert sessions: Cancellations may be requested directly with the practitioner, as each expert may have their own rescheduling rules
  • Subscription users are responsible for canceling their membership or renewal before the billing date

Lifeved.in does not process cancellations or refunds on behalf of individual practitioners unless explicitly stated.
