याव॑तीः कृ॒त्या उ॑प॒वास॑ने॒ याव॑न्तो॒ राज्ञो॒ वरु॑णस्य॒ पाशाः॑ ।
व्यृद्धयो॒ या अस॑मृद्धयो॒ या अ॒स्मिन् ता स्था॒णावधि॑ सादयामि

English Translation
As long as there are rules to follow, as long as the bonds of the king Varuna exist, I will bring strength to those who are weak and those who are not wealthy.
