Expert Listing Policy

⚠ Important: experts.lifeved.in is an informational directory only. We do not employ, endorse, or partner with any listed individual. If you are listed and wish to be removed, we will remove your listing within 48 hours — no questions asked.

1. Nature of the Directory

  • experts.lifeved.in is a publicly available informational directory — similar to a phone book, Google Maps listing, or a Yellow Pages entry.
  • It lists practitioners in fields such as astrology, numerology, tarot, psychology, counselling, and related disciplines.
  • The purpose is solely informational — to help users discover practitioners who offer services in these fields.
  • LifeVed does not:
    • Employ, pay, contract, or partner with any listed expert
    • Endorse, recommend, or certify any listed expert
    • Guarantee the qualifications, credentials, or quality of service of any expert
    • Facilitate transactions or bookings between users and experts
    • Have any commercial relationship with listed experts

2. Source of Information

  • All information displayed in the directory is sourced exclusively from publicly available sources, including but not limited to:
    • Public social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
    • Public Google Business profiles and Google Search results
    • Personal/professional websites published by the expert themselves
    • Public directories, forums, and review platforms
    • YouTube channels and publicly posted content
  • We do not source information from private databases, hacked/leaked data, paid subscriptions, or any non-public source.
  • Information displayed is limited to what the individual has already made publicly available themselves on the internet.
  • We do not display private contact details (personal phone numbers, home addresses, personal email) unless the expert has published these publicly for business purposes.

3. No Association or Endorsement

  • Being listed on this directory does not imply any association, partnership, employment, or endorsement by LifeVed.
  • Being listed does not imply the expert has consented to, approved, or is aware of their listing.
  • LifeVed is not responsible for the actions, content, services, or conduct of any listed individual.
  • Users engage with listed experts entirely at their own risk and LifeVed accepts no liability for any such engagement.

4. Removal Request — Your Right to Be Delisted

If you are listed and want to be removed — we will remove you within 48 hours, no questions asked.

We fully respect your right to control how your name and information appear online. You do not need to provide any reason.

To request removal, email:

Subject line: “Remove my listing” · Include your name and/or the URL of your listing.

  • Removal is unconditional and permanent — once removed, your listing will not be re-added.
  • We will also ensure the removed page is de-indexed from search engines (Google, Bing) by submitting a removal request.
  • If you prefer to update your listing (correct information, add/remove details) instead of full removal, we will do that too — same email.
  • Processing time: within 48 hours of receiving your email (typically faster).

5. Accuracy & Errors

  • While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all listing information is current, correct, or complete.
  • Information may become outdated as experts change their public profiles, services, or locations.
  • If any information is incorrect, email support@lifeved.in and we will correct or remove it promptly.
  • LifeVed is not liable for any inaccuracies, outdated information, or consequences arising from information displayed in the directory.

6. No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions

  • LifeVed is not responsible for how any third party uses information from this directory.
  • If a listed person’s name or information appears on any other website (including harmful or inappropriate sites), that is not caused by, connected to, or the responsibility of LifeVed.
  • Our listing is limited to publicly-sourced professional information displayed in a respectful, informational context.
  • We do not share, sell, or distribute listed persons’ data to any third party.
  • Any misuse of publicly available information by other parties is outside our control and liability.

7. Legal Basis

  • This directory operates under the principle of fair use of publicly available information. All data is sourced from information that the individuals themselves have made public on the internet.
  • Under Indian law, the compilation of publicly available facts into a directory is a legitimate informational activity, similar to other directories (JustDial, Sulekha, Google Maps, Practo, etc.).
  • LifeVed claims intermediary safe-harbour protection under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and exercises due diligence by providing a clear, accessible removal mechanism.
  • Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023: publicly available personal data is exempt from consent requirements under Section 3(c)(i) when processed for a legitimate purpose. However, we fully honour removal/objection requests as a matter of good faith and best practice.
  • Under GDPR (for EU-listed individuals): we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for processing publicly available professional data. Right to erasure (Article 17) and right to object (Article 21) are honoured unconditionally.

8. Our Commitment

  • We respect every individual’s right to control their online presence.
  • We will never refuse a legitimate removal request.
  • We will never use a listing for harassment, defamation, or any harmful purpose.
  • Listings are displayed in a professional, respectful context only — as a resource for people seeking practitioners.
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any misuse of the directory by users (see our Community Conduct Policy).
