१-४ सोभरिः। इन्द्रः। प्रगाथः (विषमा ककुम्+समा सतोबृहती)
व॒यमु॒ त्वाम॑पूर्व्य स्थू॒रं न कच्चि॒द् भर॑न्तोऽव॒स्यवः॑ ।
वाजे॑ चि॒त्रं ह॑वामहे
व॒यमु॒ त्वाम॑पूर्व्य स्थू॒रं न कच्चि॒द् भर॑न्तोऽव॒स्यवः॑ ।

English Translation
We call upon you, Indra, to help us and give us strength. We want to be strong and wise.
