उत् ते॑ स्तभ्नामि पृथि॒वीं त्वत् परी॒मं लो॒गं नि॒दध॒न्मो अ॒हं रि॑षम्।
ए॒तां स्थूणां॑ पि॒तरो॑ धारयन्ति ते॒ तत्र॑ य॒मः साद॑ना ते कृणोतु

English Translation
I support the Earth and the world around me. I am strong and protected. May my ancestors help me in this.
