taṁ dṛṣṭvā rāghavaṁ vālī lakṣmaṇaṁ ca mahābalam | abravīt praśritaṁ vākyam paruṣaṁ dharma saṁhitam || 4.17.13 || tvaṁ narādhipateḥ putraḥ prathitaḥ priyadarśanaḥ kulīnaḥ sattva-sampanna tejasvī carita-vrataḥ || 4.17.14 || parāṅmukhavadhaṁ kṛtvā ko’tra prāptastvayā guṇaḥ | yad ahaṁ yuddha-saṁrabdhas śareṇorasi tāḍitaḥ || 4.17.15 ||
