इमां तु यॊ वेद विमॊक्षबुद्धिम; आत्मानम अन्विच्छति चाप्रमत्तः
न लिप्यते कर्मफलैर अनिष्टैः; पत्त्रं बिसस्येव जलेन सिक्तम

जो व्यक्ति मुक्ति की ओर ले जाने वाली बुद्धि को जानता है, और सच्चे आत्म की खोज करता है, वह अपने कार्यों के परिणामों से अप्रभावित रहता है। जैसे कमल का पत्ता जल से अप्रभावित रहता है, ऐसा व्यक्ति सफलता और असफलता के द्वैतों को पार कर लेता है।
