एते दरॊणादयश चैव वृद्धा धर्मविदॊ जनाः
शून्यैः शरीरैस तिष्ठन्ति गतासव इवानताः

English Translation

ये वृद्धजन, जैसे द्रोण और अन्य, जो धर्म का ज्ञान रखते हैं, बिना उद्देश्य के निर्जीव से खड़े प्रतीत होते हैं। उनका ज्ञान निष्क्रिय हो जाता है क्योंकि वे अपने ज्ञान का उपयोग करने की इच्छा नहीं रखते।
