परच्छाद्यमानं रक्षॊभिः पाण्डवं प्रियदर्शनम
ददृशुः सर्वभूतानि सूर्यम अभ्रगणैर इव

चाहे वह राक्षसों के द्वारा छिपा हुआ था, फिर भी पाण्डव की प्रिय छवि सभी प्राणियों के लिए स्पष्ट थी, जैसे बादलों के बीच सूर्य की किरणें। उनके अद्वितीय तेज ने दुश्मनों के प्रयासों को निष्फल कर दिया।
