[भ]इत्य उक्तः स तु तं पराह कुतः कीट सुखं तव
मरणं ते सुखं मन्ये तिर्यग्यॊनौ हि वर्तसे

English Translation
Thus addressed, the creature replied, “Where is your happiness, given that you are in the form of a worm? I consider your death to bring you happiness, yet you are merely existing in this abominable state.”
हिंदी अनुवाद
इस प्रकार संबोधित किए जाने पर, कीट ने उत्तर दिया, “तुम्हारा सुख कहाँ है, जबकि तुम कीट के रूप में हो? मैं मानता हूँ कि तुम्हारी मृत्यु तुम्हें सुख देगी, फिर भी तुम इस घृणास्पद स्थिति में केवल अस्तित्व बना रहे हो।”
