यथा वारि चरः पक्षी न लिप्यति जले चरन
एवम एव कृतप्रज्ञॊ न दॊषैर विषयांश चरन
असज्जमानः सर्वेषु न कथं चन लिप्यते

जैसे एक पक्षी पानी पर चलते समय गीला नहीं होता, वैसे ही एक ज्ञानी व्यक्ति, जिसने अपनी समझ में महारत हासिल की है, सांसारिक मामलों को भोगने पर भी प्रभावित नहीं होता। वह हर स्थिति में असंलग्न रहता है।
