अश्रुतश च समुन्नद्धॊ दरिद्रश च महामनाः
अर्थांश चाकर्मणा परेप्सुर मूढ इत्य उच्यते बुधैः

जो व्यक्ति अनभिज्ञ है और फिर भी बड़ी महत्वाकांक्षाएँ रखता है, उसे मूर्ख समझा जाता है। ऐसा व्यक्ति ज्ञान के माध्यम से अपने आप को ऊँचा उठाने में असफल रहता है और अपनी उच्च आकांक्षाओं के बावजूद गरीब बना रहता है।
