भीष्म परतापात कुरवॊ नयेनान्धकवृष्णयः
ते न तस्य वशं जग्मुः केवलं दैवम एव वा

English Translation

भीष्म की शक्ति के कारण, अंधे राजा धृतराष्ट्र के नेतृत्व में कौरवों के हाथों में कुछ नहीं है। उनका भाग्य केवल दिव्य हस्तक्षेप द्वारा ही निर्धारित होता है।
