ऐश्वर्यमदमत्तॊ ऽहम अवमन्य ततॊ दविजान
इमाम अगस्त्येन दशाम आनीतः पृथिवीपते

English Translation

In my intoxication of wealth, I underestimated the high-born Brahmins, thinking little of their value. They were brought here by Agastya, the great sage.

मैं अपनी संपत्ति के मद में था और उच्च जाति के ब्राह्मणों को नीचा समझा। उन्हें महान ऋषि अगस्त्य ने यहाँ लाया था।
