यत्र मे वचनं राजा नाभिनन्दति मॊहितः
शरणं तवां परपन्नास्मि सारथे कुरु मद्वचः
न हि मे शुध्यते भावः कदा चिद विनशेद इति

जब राजा, मोहित होकर, मेरे वचन को स्वीकार नहीं करता, तब मैं तुममें शरण लेता हूँ, हे सारथि; मेरी इच्छाओं को पूरा करो। तब तक मेरा मन शांति नहीं पा सकता, जब तक कि वह तुम्हारी सलाह को नहीं अपनाता, यहाँ तक कि जब सब कुछ खोया हुआ लगता है।
