आपूर्यमाणम अचलप्रतिष्ठं; समुद्रम आपः परविशन्ति यद्वत
तद्वत कामा यं परविशन्ति सर्वे; स शान्तिम आप्नॊति न कामकामी

Like the ocean, which is ever still while all rivers flow into it, the peaceful person remains unshaken by desires.

English Translation
Just as all rivers flow into the ocean, which remains unmoving and unperturbed despite their inflow, similarly, the individual who remains unattached by desires finds peace and serenity, in contrast to those who are consumed by their cravings.

जैसे सभी नदियाँ समुद्र में प्रवाहित होती हैं, जो अपनी स्थिरता में अविचल रहता है, उसी प्रकार इच्छाओं से अज्ञात रहने वाला व्यक्ति शांति प्राप्त करता है। जो लोग अपनी इच्छाओं में डूबे होते हैं, वे उसके विपरीत होते हैं।
