शरतॊयैः सिषिचतुस तौ परस्परम आहवे
नान्तरं तत्र पश्यामि पाण्डवस्येतरस्य वा

जब वे वीरता से लड़े, तो दोनों ने एक-दूसरे पर तीरों की वर्षा करनी शुरू की जैसे बारिश होती है। मैं इस भयंकर मुठभेड़ में यह नहीं देख सकता कि तीर पांडवों के हैं या उनके दुश्मनों के।
