न चेद वेदा वेदविदं शक्तास तरातुं विचक्षण
अथ कस्मात परलापॊ ऽयं बराह्मणानां सनातनः

यदि ज्ञानी व्यक्ति धार्मिक ग्रंथों को सही रूप से नहीं समझता है, तो उसे वास्तव में ज्ञानी कैसे कहा जा सकता है? इस प्रकार, विद्वत् ब्रह्मणों के द्वारा कही गई बातें शाश्वत, हमेशा प्रासंगिक और महत्वपूर्ण होती हैं।
