कुछ योद्धा, अपने संकल्प में दृढ़ होकर, हथियार भांजते हुए हाथियों और रथों की ओर अग्रसर होते हैं, तो दूसरी ओर कुछ अन्य चकित होकर पीछे रह जाते हैं, जिससे दुश्मन की ओर एक अराजक परंतु दृढ़ता से बढ़ने वाली स्थिति पैदा होती है।
