रथाद विबाहुर विशिरा धरायाम

तेज बाणों से आहत होकर अर्जुन अपने रथ से गिर पड़ा, जैसे एक विशाल वृक्ष तेज़ हवा से उखड़ जाता है। सुंदरता से सजे उस वृक्ष में जो अनेक पुष्प थे, वह अब नष्ट हो गया, यह युद्ध में ताकत और साहस के हारे जाने का प्रतीक था।
