सर्वसंग्रहणे युक्तॊ नृपॊ भवति यः सदा
उत्थान शीलॊ मित्राढ्यः स राजा राजसत्तमः

English Translation
A ruler who is ever diligent, imbued with virtuous character, and who engages in wise collection of resources, naturally attracts friends and retains respect. Such a king gains recognition as the most supreme among other rulers for his efficient governance.

जो नृप सदा चौकस और धर्मी है, और जो बुद्धिमानी से सम्पत्ति का संग्रह करता है, वह स्वाभाविक रूप से मित्रों को आकर्षित करता है और सम्मान बनाए रखता है। ऐसे राजा को अन्य राजाओं के बीच सर्वोच्च माना जाता है।
