शरेयांस तु षड विधस तयागः परियं पराप्य न हृष्यति
अप्रिये तु समुत्पन्ने वयथां जातु न चार्च्छति

English Translation
A person who attains a higher state of being by renouncing the six attachments does not rejoice upon achieving what is dear, nor does he become distressed when facing what is unpleasant. Such calmness is commendable.

जो व्यक्ति छह बंधनों को त्यागकर उच्च अवस्था को प्राप्त करता है, वह प्रिय वस्तु प्राप्त कर खुशी नहीं मनाता, और न ही अप्रिय का सामना करते समय दुखी होता है। ऐसी शांति प्रशंसनीय है।
