दह्यते ऽदः शरीरं मे संस्यूतॊ ऽसमि महेषुभिः
मर्माणि परिदूयन्ते वदनं मम शुष्यति

उन्होंने कहा, “मेरा शरीर तीरों से आच्छादित है, जो मेरे महत्वपूर्ण अंगों को चोट पहुँचाते हैं, जिससे मैं अत्यधिक पीड़ा में हूँ। मेरा मुख सूखा सा अनुभव होता है, जैसे मेरी जीवन शक्ति क्षीण हो रही हो, जो युद्धक्षेत्र पर उनके भयानक कष्ट को दर्शाता है।”
