By the words of Lord Shiva, I instantly become; whether an insect or a tree with many branches, yet I take no pleasure in worldly greatness.

Translations

English Translation

By the command of Lord Shiva, I can transform into anything—be it a worm or a multi-branched tree. However, worldly power and status, even that of a king in three worlds, provides no real joy for me, expressing a spirit of detachment.
