बालश चन्द्रं मातुर अङ्के शयानॊ; यथा कश चित परार्थयते ऽपहर्तुम
तद्वन मॊहाद यतमानॊ रथस्थस; तवं परार्थयस्य अर्जुनम अद्य जेतुम

जैसे एक बालक अपनी माता की गोद में विश्राम करता है, खतरे से अनजान, वैसे ही तुम भी आज अर्जुन पर विजय पाना चाहते हो। यह भ्रमित स्थिति तुम्हें वास्तविकता से बेख़बर कर रही है, जब कि ख़तरा नजदीक है।
