सवर्गलॊके च महतीं शरियं पराप्स्यसि पाण्डव
असंभवश च धर्माणाम ईदृशानाम अराजसु
तस्माद राजैव नान्यॊ ऽसति यॊ महत फलम आप्नुयात

हे पाण्डव, स्वर्ग में, जो शासक धर्म का पालन करते हैं, वे अराजक शासन में अपने कार्यों का फल नहीं प्राप्त कर सकते, इसलिए केवल एक न्याय संगत राजा ही सच्ची महानता को प्राप्त कर सकता है।
